Online Account Opening:

The application process will take approximately 15 minutes or less and is open to all residents of Texas.

In some instances, before your account will be opened, a review may take place upon the successful completion of this application.

You will need the following eligibility requirements:

  • A Social Security Number, TAX ID or Business EIN
  • Personal Identification for all owners/signers
  • Business Entity documentation (for commercial accounts)
  • External account information (routing number and account number) if funding from an external account
